WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVE?
We predominantly serve the Raleigh/Durham and surrounding Wake county areas. Outside of these areas but within NC incur a travel fee.
CAN YOU PRINT EXTRA COPIES FOR ME AS WELL?
Because of limited time, we can only create one set of printed photos for your guests during the main session. However, we can make an additional copy of the photos just for you in a separate print session. This will take place after your Luxe Portraits session when we stop taking pictures and focus solely on making duplicates. The cost for this service is $175, which covers the extra paper and ink.
WHAT ARE YOUR SET UP AND TEAR DOWN TIMES?
We need an hour to prepare our studio and make it ready. It takes us about 20-30 minutes to pack up our equipment and leave.
WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO START THE SESSION?
For weddings, we can start taking photos right after the speeches and before the dance floor opens. Alternatively, we can also capture moments during the cocktail hour. For Premium Sessions, we're available during both the cocktail hour and after-dinner entertainment.
IS LUXE PORTRAITS A PHOTO BOOTH?
Luxe Portraits is not your typical photo booth. We are a full-service photo studio with top-quality equipment and services. At our studio, we have professional lights, a choice of white or black backdrops, a skilled portrait photographer, and a fast retoucher. We take high-quality photos that can be printed in large sizes, turned into canvas prints, included in photo books, or framed for your home.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT STRUCTURE?
To reserve your date, we need a non-refundable deposit of 50%. The remaining amount is due 14 days before the event. Once the deposit is made, it cannot be refunded. Please note that changing or requesting a different date counts as canceling the reservation.
